George Mandarakas, LEED AP. - President

As a LEED A.P., George focuses on eco-friendly design, incorporating sustainable materials, to reduce our carbon footprint.  Creation of comfortably beautiful living and work spaces, with a natural feeling environment, is the driving force.

For over 35 years, George has been successfully managing and building construction and interior renovation/design projects in the highly demanding New York metro area for a diverse list of clients, including high profile unique assignments.   His proven leadership skills,  diverse experience, risk foresight, mitigation insight, positive team approach, and committed ‘get things done’ attitude are the cornerstones of his project management success.

After spending almost 2 decades as a high end residential and commercial general contractor, George focused his skills and knowledge to support clients as their project advocate, leading project management teams for The Staubach Company, Grubb & Ellis, and Newmark Knight Frank.  

This full immersion in design, construction and project management projects has resulted in George's specialized knowledge and extensive hands-on experience for a diverse range of project types and clients, ranging from financial institutions to residential spaces. This level of experience offers our clients complete confidence in management of the full project life cycle for all projects, including high-end multi-phase construction build and renovation projects for leading private residences and commercial industry clients.
